The FPC process tracing method comprises the steps of: executing a drilling action in a designated region of an FPC base material board according to a preset image, so as to enable the FPC base material board to have an image through hole; executing black hole process processing on the image through hole in the FPC base material board; executing full-page electroplating action on the FPC base material board subjected to black hole process processing so as to backfill the image through hole in the FPC base material board; pre-attaching a covering film to the FPC base material board on which the full-page electroplating action is executed, and executing hot pressing action on the covering film; and transferring image information carried by the preset image to the covering film so as to complete process tracing based on the image information.
