Quantum intelligent seal system and method

The invention relates to a quantum intelligent seal system and method for an entity seal. The method comprises the steps of applying for using a seal, examining and approving the seal, unlocking the seal, distributing a quantum session key, sealing and imaging, encrypting and transmitting data, and decrypting.
