The nitrogen-doped carbon composite electrode forms a nitrogen-doped carbon array on a copper current collector, and the nitrogen-doped carbon array comprises 89-93 wt% of C and 7-11 wt% of N. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: step 1, slicing a copper current collector, soaking the sliced copper current collector in a dilute acid solution, cleaning the sliced copper current collector with deionized water, and airing the cleaned copper current collector in a protective atmosphere to obtain a pole piece; step 2, soaking the pole piece in an acetonitrile solution of TCNQ, generating a CuTCNQ array on the surface of the copper current collector, fishing out, washing and airing the pole piece; andstep 3, under a protective atmosphere 2, heating the pole piece to a carbonization temperature, carrying out heat preservation, cooling to room temperature, and taking the pole piece out to obtain t |
