The invention provides a model training method and an electronic device. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a brain age prediction model according to a training set; adjusting parameters in the brain age prediction model according to the verification set; inputting the test set into the brain age prediction model after parameter adjustment to obtain a plurality of first predicted brain ages; judging whether the first predicted brain age meets a first specific condition or not; and when the first predicted brain age meets a first specific condition, completing training of a brain age prediction model. 本发明提供一种模型训练方法与电子装置。所述方法包括：根据训练集建立脑龄预测模型；根据验证集调整脑龄预测模型中的参数；将测试集输入至经调整参数后的脑龄预测模型以获得多个第一预测脑龄；判断第一预测脑龄是否符合第一特定条件；以及当第一预测脑龄符合第一特定条件时，完成脑龄预测模型的训练。
