The invention discloses a pseudo online sequence generation method and system for galloping data of an overhead transmission line. The method comprises the following steps: constructing two-dimensional scatter diagrams corresponding to galloping and non-galloping of the overhead transmission line by using temperature and humidity normalized data of the galloping and non-galloping of the overhead transmission line; clustering the scatter points in the two-dimensional scatter diagrams corresponding to the galloping and non-galloping of the overhead transmission line by using a unit grid coverage algorithm optimized by a greedy thought, and taking each clustering result in a grid form as a state; obtaining parameters of the Poisson process of transition between the states and state transition between the layers; defining a stationary distribution function based on the parameters of the Poisson process; determining a state transition matrix of the Markov chain based on the connectivity matrixes among the states a
