The base assembly comprises a base plate; the base plate is provided with a collecting groove, a drainage pump mounting groove and a drainage groove; the drainage groove communicates with the collecting groove and the drainage pump mounting groove, and water in the collecting groove flows into the drainage pump mounting groove; and the bottom surface of the drainage pump mounting groove is at least partially sunken to form a water collecting area.
