Cleaning composition

This invention relates to a cleaning composition with controlled dissolution and improved chelation system. The cleaning composition is generally comprised of a majority by weight of a percarbonate compound, a chelation system, and a binder system. The invention also relates to non-oxidizing solid cleaning compositions containing peroxide moieties.
