Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power consumer archive management method and system, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a new power consumer archive rule submitted by a first client; sending the power user archive rule to a second client, receiving an abnormality list returned by the second client and obtained by performing power user archive abnormality detection according to the power user archive rule, and sending the abnormality list to the first client; receiving confirmation information of the first client, if the confirmation information is issuing confirmation, issuing, marking the power user archive rule as effective, storing the power user archive rule into a database, and outputting first prompt information of successful issuing; if the confirmation information is not published, not publishing, and outputting second prompt information of publishing failure; and generating a file rule updating notification, and sending the file rule updating notifi
