Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a multi-mode-driven fast-response satellite switch instruction system as well as a design method and application method thereof. The multi-mode-driven fast-response satellite switch instruction system comprises a communication uplink terminal unit, a remote control uplink terminal unit, a satellite service processing unit, a backup measurement and control terminal unit, a direct OC instruction generation circuit unit, an indirect OC instruction generation circuit unit and an OC instruction kneading circuit. According to the multi-mode-driven and ordered-backup intelligent fast-response satellite switch command system, a multi-mode OC switch command implementation way is realized by combining a design method of hardware circuit redundancy/software function backup, and low cost and high reliability can be well balanced; and the working priorities of multiple backup modes are defined, so that ordered troubleshooting operation can be realized, and finally, a flexible and reliable switch in
