Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a light spot light intensity distribution measuring device and method. The light spot light intensity distribution measuring device mainly comprises a power meter, a shielding screen with a penetrating aperture, an XZ-axis translation mechanical device, a mechanical control system and a computer. The power meter is connected with the computer, and the guide rail is connected with the control system. By means of the device, the to-be-measured position in the light spot is determined through the penetrating aperture, the light beam penetrates through the shielding plate and then enters the power meter, and the light intensity of the corresponding position is measured. The shielding screen and the power meter are continuously moved on the XZ axis to obtain the relation between the whole light spot position and the light intensity, thereby realizing the purpose of measuring the light intensity distribution in the light spot.
