The invention relates to a light spot light intensity distribution measuring device and method. The light spot light intensity distribution measuring device mainly comprises a power meter, a shielding screen with a penetrating aperture, an XZ-axis translation mechanical device, a mechanical control system and a computer. The power meter is connected with the computer, and the guide rail is connected with the control system.
