Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a stainless steel clamping ring. The method comprises the following steps: (1) placing a stainless steel original ring in a clamping part, and sequentially carrying out rough machining with the cutting depth of 0.1-0.3 mm and finish machining with the cutting depth of 0.1-0.2 mm to obtain a middleware; and (2) sequentially performing primary cleaning and drying, surface coating and secondary cleaning and drying on the middleware in step (1) to obtain the stainless steel clamping ring. According to the preparation method, the stainless steel clamping ring with the thickness of 1-1.5 mm can be prepared, the inner roundness and the outer roundness of the stainless steel clamping ring are both 0.15 mm or below, and the machining precision is improved.
