Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a fullerene solid-phase microextraction probe coating based on a solvent evaporation recrystallization technology. The method comprises the following steps: after a stainless steel wire is cleaned, oxidizing the surface of the stainless steel wire by adopting a candle flame firing mode and forming a certain amount of deposition of unburnt carbon; immersing the pretreated stainless steel wire in a prepared fullerene-carbon disulfide supersaturated solution, and recrystallizing the fullerene material on the surface of the stainless steel wire along with evaporation of the carbon disulfide solvent in the heating process; repeating the recrystallization step until the solid-phase microextraction probe coating with the required thickness is obtained; and assembling the prepared fullerene-deposited stainless steel wire in a solid-phase micro-extraction empty needle to obtain the fullerene solid-phase micro-extraction probe, and subjecting the fullerene solid-phase micr |
