Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the present invention is to produce a porous layer which has excellent film thickness accuracy. This method for producing a porous layer includes: a step of coating a surface of a substrate with a coating liquid that comprises a non-conductive solvent and particles by passing the coating liquid between a coating device and the substrate; and a step of removing the non-conductive solvent from the coating liquid applied on the surface of the substrate.
