COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING TRANSPLANT REJECTION OR TRANSPLANT REJECTION DISEASES, COMPRISING NOVEL COMPOUND AND CALCINEURIN INHIBITOR

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating transplant rejection or transplant rejection diseases, the composition comprising a novel compound and a calcineurin inhibitor. A co-administration, of the present invention, with respect to an in vivo or in vitro syngeneic (allogenic) model, a transplant rejection disease model, a skin grafting model and a liver transplant patient, 1) reduces the activity of pathogenic Th1 cells or Th17 cells, 2) increases the activity of Treg, 3) has an effect of inhibiting side effects, such as tissue damage, occurring in a single administration, 4) inhibits various pathogenic pathways, 5) inhibits the death of inflammatory cells, and 6) increases the activity of mitochondria, and thus mitigates side effects possibly occurring in the single administration of conventional immunosuppressants, and inhibits transplant rejection.
