The invention provides a perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The perovskite solar cell comprises a conductive substrate, a hole transport layer, a front contact passivation layer, a perovskite active layer, an electron transport layer, a cathode interface layer and a metal electrode which are arranged in sequence.
