The flexible humidity sensor comprises flexible substrates and flexible electrodes, the flexible electrodes are formed on the flexible substrates by conductive nanoparticles through magnetron sputtering, the flexible electrodes are located between the flexible substrates, and the flexible substrates are humidity-sensitive polymer films formed by high-molecular polymer spinning liquid doped with humidity-sensitive materials through electrostatic spinning. The flexible humidity sensor with the sandwich structure is prepared by combining an electrostatic spinning technology and a magnetron sputtering technology, has good flexibility and recyclability, is fast in response to humidity, simple in device structure and flexible in design, and can replace an existing metal electrode to be applied to the field o
