Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for evaluating wear resistance of a surface modified layer by adopting an interference method in combination with Photoshop software. The method comprises a sample masking method, acquisition of leakage metering wear, processing of interference fringes and measurement of wear volume. By adopting the method, the influence of fluctuation of pretreatment conditions and vacuum treatment conditions of the same batch of samples can be reduced, treatment efficiency of material vacuum surface treatment can be improved under the condition that vacuum is not damaged, repeatability of the treatment process is improved, loose abrasive dust is removed by adopting the adhesive tape, the neglected wear which often occurs in a common wear test can be effectively eliminated; the interference fringes are determined by adopting SmartDeclur software and combining artificial identification so that common false wear can be effectively eliminated; relative wear resistance is measured by adopting a h |
