Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an asphalt modified material based on activated waste rubber powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of an epoxy acrylic block polymer: weighing 15-20 parts by weight of epoxy resin and 15-20 parts by weight of styrene monomer, gradually heating to 85-95 DEG C under ball-milling and stirring conditions, then slowly dropwise adding 5-10 parts by weight of acrylic monomer, keeping the constant temperature until the reaction is complete, then cooling to 20-25 DEG C, and separating out grinding balls to obtain an epoxy acrylic block polymer; (2) activation of the waste rubber powder: uniformly grinding 40-100 parts by weight of the waste rubber powder and 4-8 parts by weight of a desulfurizing agent, then putting into 150-200 parts by weight of an organic solvent, performing stirring at a low speed until the materials are uniformly mixed, then adding 5-10 parts by weight of the epoxy acrylic block polymer obtained in the step (1), performin |
