Zusammenfassung:The invention employs a degreasing and sintering integrated hot isostatic pressing method for a metal ultra-thin grinding wheel. Degreasing and sintering are conducted in a vacuum state or under protection of gas determined by a process, such as hydrogen, nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas and methane; and sintering and hot isostatic pressing are performed on a green compact in a same furnace body, uniform shrinkage and densification are achieved, additional operations of cooling and heating are avoided, the green compact is prevented from being possibly damaged in the moving process, meanwhile, the gas is used as a pressure transmitting medium, the stability and uniformity of pressure in the sintering and hot isostatic pressing process are guaranteed, and it is ensured that the performance of the finally-manufactured grinding wheel is improved. 本发明采用的金属超薄砂轮脱脂烧结一体化的热等静压方法,脱脂和烧结在真空状态下或在工艺确定的气体,如氢、氮氢混合气、甲烷等,保护下进行;压坯在同一炉体内进行烧结和热等静压压制,实现均匀收缩和致密化,避免了降温冷却、升温加热的附加操作,也避免了压坯在移动时可能受到损坏,同时利用气体作为传压介质,保证了烧结与热等静压压制时压力的稳定性和均匀性,确保最
