The device comprises a gradient magnetic field device (1), a combustor (2) and a product collecting device (3), and the gradient magnetic field device is composed of two magnetic field devices arranged face to face, the combustor is located between the two magnetic field devices, and an outlet of the combustor is vertically upward and located below the magnetic field center of the gradient magnetic field device.
