Football training system and method

The invention provides a football training system and method. The system comprises a door frame, wherein a force measuring net is installed on the door frame, and the force measuring net and the door frame are connected through a plurality of tension sensors; a computing terminal, which is connected with the tension sensors and is used for receiving the tension data information sent by the tension sensors; and a ball hitting trigger sensor, which is connected with the computing terminal and used for sending a ball hitting signal to the computing terminal when kicking the ball, wherein the computing terminal starts timing when receiving the ball hitting signal and ends timing when receiving the tension data information sent by any tension sensor, and the computing terminal calculates the net hitting force of the football according to the tension data information and calculates the average ball speed of the football according to the time difference and the ball kicking distance. According to the scheme, the act
