The method comprises the steps of determining a response text in response to inquiry information of a user; based on a trained speech synthesis model, performing speech synthesis on the response text to obtain an audio sequence of the response text; on the basis of a trained facial feature map prediction model, predicting a facial feature map corresponding to each moment in the audio sequence according to the audio sequence; based on a face processing model, generating a face image corresponding to each moment according to the face feature map at each moment; and synthesizing the face image at each moment to obtain a video stream, inserting the audio sequence into the video stream, and generating and outputting a customer service image for responding to the inquiry information.
