The device comprises a collection module which is used for collecting the displacement generated between two points on the surface of an airship capsule to form displacement data, and a resolving module which is used for settling strain data of the surface through the displacement data, and can display the strain data to complete strain online monitoring. The airship capsule strain on-line monitoring device can carry out on-line monitoring on the strain of the airship capsule, fills the blank that a sensor can not carry out on-line monitoring on the strain of the airship capsule at present, and is simple in structure, high in measurement precision, convenient to install and low in cost.
