The process technology comprises the following steps of pre-crystallization and drying, melt extrusion, spinning, preparation of super-imitation cotton and polyester POY (pre-oriented yarn) and preparation of super-imitation cotton and polyester DTY (draw textured yarn). The fine denier treatment of single fiber not only enables the bulkiness of the fiber to be better, but also improves the capillary wicking effect due to the increase of the specific surface area of the fiber, is beneficial to increasing the moisture absorption speed, and enables a super-imitation polyester and cotton fabric to achieve the softness and moisture absorption equivalent to those of pure cotton.
