Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of magnesium alloy surface treatment and protection, and particularly relates to a method for improving corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy by combining electron beam remelting and micro-arc oxidation. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a magnesium alloy base material is ground and polished, then is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, and is blow-dried; (2) the magnesium alloy treated in step (1) is placed in an electron beam vacuum chamber, parameters of electron beams and an overlap rate of remelting are set, and electron beam remelting treatment is conducted; and then, the surface of the magnesium alloy subjected to electron beam remelting is ground and polished, then is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, and is blow-dried; and (3) an electrolyte is prepared in a stainless steel tank, the stainless steel tank serves as a cathode, the magnesium alloy obtained after electron beam remelting serves as an anode, micro-arc oxidation treatment is carrie |
