Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a joint bearing three-station extrusion assembly process based on an involute profile. After an inner ring and an outer ring to be assembled are aligned and pasted with a liner, the whole is placed on a forward positioning extrusion station on one side, and extruded to form a forward positioning middleware; then the whole is turned over by 180 degrees through a first mechanical arm to be placed in a reverse positioning extrusion station in the middle, and extruded to form central positioning of the inner ring and the outer ring; and then the whole is turned over by 180 degrees through a second mechanical arm to be placed in an involute type extrusion station on the other side, and the outer ring wraps the inner ring in an involute type press-fit die cavity and is gradually loosened to meet the use requirement. According to the process, the inner ring and the outer ring of the assembled joint bearing are good in centering performance; an involute molded surface die is utilized to preven
