The material takes a titanium carbide nanosheet as a carrier, and a perylene bisimide supramolecular material is self-assembled on the titanium carbide nanosheet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing perylene bisimide dispersion liquid from perylene bisimide, water and triethanolamine, adding the titanium carbide nanosheet, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, dropwise adding an acid solution, and carrying out a self-assembly reaction to obtain the material.
