Zusammenfassung: | An ion generation device (11) comprises: a discharge electrode substrate (2) on which discharge electrodes (5, 6) are mounted, and on which surface electrodes (7, 8) connected respectively to the discharge electrodes (5, 6) are formed; an induction electrode substrate (3) on which formed are composite electrodes (9, 10) that also function as induction electrodes which generate discharge between the induction electrodes and the discharge electrodes (5, 6); and an insulation resin (4) which is filled at least between the discharge electrodes (5, 6) and the composite electrodes (9, 10) so as to insulate the discharge electrodes (5, 6) and the composite electrodes (9, 10) from each other. The surface electrodes (7, 8) and the composite electrodes (9, 10) are disposed so as to at least partially oppose each other.
