Zusammenfassung:	A light detection device (1) is provided with an APD (11), a plurality of temperature compensation diodes (26, 27, 28), and a circuit unit (3). The plurality of temperature compensation diodes (26, 27, 28) have different breakdown voltages lower than that of the APD (11). The circuit unit (3) sets any one of the plurality of temperature compensation diodes (26, 27, 28) in a breakdown state. The circuit unit (3) includes a plurality of terminals (25) and terminals (22). Each of the plurality of terminals (25) is connected to an electrode (29b) of a temperature compensation diode (26, 27, 28) that is different from each other.
