An oil-containing drainage water filtration apparatus 1 is provided with: a membrane immersion vessel 2 into which oil-containing drainage water is introduced; a filtration membrane device 3 which is immersed in the oil-containing drainage water introduced in the membrane immersion vessel 2 and can filtrate the oil-containing drainage water; and a stirrer 8 which is installed in the membrane immersion vessel 2 and can stir the oil-containing drainage water stored in the membrane immersion vessel 2.
