Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low-energy-consumption damper which comprises a plurality of wire clamps arranged side by side and a damping device connected with the wire clamps. An insulating medium is arranged between the adjacent wire clamps, the upper portion of each wire clamp is provided with a first wire hole used for clamping a power transmission wire, and the lower portion of each wire clamp is provided with a second wire hole used for clamping the damping device.
