A lead-acid battery is subjected to charge-discharge control through a super capacitor and a bidirectional DC-DC converter by adopting PWM pulse control according to the depth of charge DOC of the lead-acid battery and based on a de-sulfuration strategy, so the sulfation degree of the lead-acid battery is reduced, and the service life of the lead-acid storage battery is prolonged.
