The processing steps are as follows: A: carrying out a casting process to obtain a CUCp12 oxygen-free alloy rod; B, carrying out an oxygen-free copper alloy bar production process; and C, obtaining a CUCp12 oxygen-free copper alloy strip (plate) material.
