Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an InDel molecular marker closely linked with a major QTLPm3.1 for powdery mildew resistance in bitter gourd. The molecular marker is InDel0362 and has a base sequence as shown in SEQ. ID. NO.1 in a sequence table. The major QTLPm3.1 for powdery mildew resistance in bitter gourd and the InDel molecular marker are both located on chromosome 3 of bitter gourd, the genetic distance of the major QTLPm3.1 for powdery mildew resistance in bitter gourd is 14 cM, and the physical distance is 2.9 Mb. Therefore, a primer pair for amplifying the InDel molecular marker and a kit thereof are also developed. The InDel molecular marker can be used for simple, rapid and high-throughput detection of powdery mildew resistance in bitter gourd, which can accelerate the excavation and utilization of key genes of powdery mildew resistance and promote molecular breeding of powdery mildew resistance in bitter gourd.
