Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of nano material preparation, in particular to a preparation method of crystal-induced orange red luminescent solid carbon dots. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) fully dissolving weighed phthalic acid and thiourea medicines into an N, N-dimethylformamide solvent or an ethanol solvent to obtain a solution; (2) carrying out microwave reaction on the solution obtained in the step (1); (3) purifying the reaction solution obtained in the step (2) by using deionized water; and (4) drying and grinding the purified sediment to obtain solid carbon dot powder. The solid-state light-emitting quantum yield of the preparation method reaches 17%, and the preparation method has the advantages of being small in solvent dosage, simple in preparation process and high in repeatability.
