The rubber sealing valve comprises a metal valve, an organic silicon adhesive and a sealing ring; the sealing ring is adhered to the metal valve through the organic silicon adhesive, and the sealing ring at least comprises the following raw materials by mass: 30-40 parts of a filler; 2-3 parts of zinc oxide; 6-12 parts of a functional auxiliary agent; 0.5-1 part of a vulcanizing aid; 1-2 parts of a peroxide vulcanizing agent; and 45-55 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer raw rubber.
