Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene foam composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 49-97% of polypropylene resin; 1%-10% of thermally expandable microspheres; 1%-35% of carbon fiber; 0.2%-3% of a compatilizer; 0.2%-1% of an antioxidant; and 0.5%-2% of white oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking heat-expandable microspheres as a foaming agent, adding a certain amount of carbon fibers and other auxiliaries, carrying out twin-screw melt extrusion granulation with the main body material polypropylene resin, and finally, carrying out injection molding to prepare the carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene foam composite material. The material has the characteristics of low density, excellent comprehensive mechanical property and antistatic property, good product surface appearance and the like.
