Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural biology, and in particular relates to South America Tuta absoluta juvenile hormone signal channel transcription factor Kr-h1 gene and application thereof. The gene encodes protein with an amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID NO:2. According to the invention, the juvenile hormone signal channel transcription factor Kr-h1 gene is obtained by cloning from a new important invasive pest, namely South America Tuta absoluta, for the first time; and larvae die after the invasive pest larvae eat the gene dsRNA. The obtained result provides a new way for preventing and treating new invasive pests by using RNAi.
本发明涉及农业生物技术领域,具体的涉及南美番茄潜叶蛾保幼激素信号通路转录因子Kr-h1基因及其应用,其编码氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO:2所示的蛋白质。本发明首次从新发重要入侵害虫南美番茄潜叶蛾中克隆获得保幼激素信号通路转录因子Kr-h1基因,上述入侵害虫幼虫取食该基因dsRNA后导致幼虫死亡。所获得的结果为利用RNAi防治新发入侵害虫提供新的途径。 |
