The method comprises the following steps: adding stigmasterol, fatty acid and a metalloporphyrin catalyst into a reactor according to a molar ratio of 1: (1-2): (0.01-0.05), and carrying out catalytic esterification reaction to obtain an esterification product; and filtering the esterification product, adding a PBS buffer solution to neutralize to be neutral, carrying out adsorption purification, adding the purified product into a column for chromatography, eluting with an eluent, carrying out vacuum concentration to recover the eluent, and drying to obtain stigmasterol ester.
