Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electrochemical biosensor and a preparation method thereof. The electrochemical biosensor comprises a working electrode, and an enzyme layer, a carrier layer and a cross-linking layer are sequentially formed on the working electrode; the enzyme layer comprises glucose oxidase or lactate oxidase; the carrier layer is prepared from raw materials including at least one of chitosan, silicon dioxide, agarose and alginic acid or salts thereof; an the cross-linking layer is prepared from a raw material comprising a cross-linking agent.
