Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a 4D printing CuAl-based alloy EBSD sample, which comprises the following steps: cutting a CuAl-based alloy by using a wire cut electric discharge machine; cleaning the cut sample, and removing metal powder and oil stains remaining on the surface of the sample in the cutting process; embedding the cleaned sample, wherein the thickness of the embedded sample is 8-12mm; grinding the 4D printed CuAl-based alloy sample; carrying out mechanical polishing and then chemical mechanical polishingon the ground sample, after polishing is finished, washing the surface of the sample with deionized water, dehydrating the sample with ethyl alcohol and dried, and obtaining a 4D printing CuAl-based alloy EBSD sample, wherein the polishing solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-10% of fumed silica, 2-10% of urea hydrogen peroxide, 0.5-2% of chitosan oligosaccharide and the balance of distilled water.
