Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a hydrocracking-catalytic cracking combined process which comprises the following steps: a) a raw material containing catalytic diesel oil is fed into a hydrofining reaction zone, and effluent is separated from a hydrocracking reaction zone to obtain naphtha, light diesel oil and heavy diesel oil; and b) the light diesel oil enters a catalytic cracking unit to react and then is separated to obtain a light component, gasoline, catalytic diesel oil and a bottom heavy component, and the catalytic diesel oil is partially or completely returned to the hydrofining reaction zone. The method can produce more catalytic gasoline, and the performance of hydrocracking diesel oil is improved.
本发明公开一种加氢裂化-催化裂化组合工艺,包括如下步骤:a)含有催化柴油的原料进入加氢精制反应区、加氢裂化反应区后的流出物进行分离,得到石脑油、轻柴油以及重柴油;b)所述轻柴油进入催化裂化单元进行反应后经分离得到轻组分、汽油、催化柴油、底部重组分,所述催化柴油部分或者全部返回加氢精制反应区。所述方法能够多产催化裂化汽油,提高加氢裂化柴油的性能。 |
