Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a leadless relaxor ceramic material with low electric field driving and efficient energy storage characteristics and a preparation method of the leadless relaxor ceramic material. The invention provides a B-site composite doping method, the chemical general formula of the B-site composite doping is (1-x)[(1-y)Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3-ySrTiO3]-xBiReO3, x is more than or equal to 0.0 and less than or equal to 0.2, y is more than or equal to 0.26 and less than or equal to 0.4, and Re is a bivalent/tetravalent and bivalent/pentavalent combined element. The ceramic system shows that high energy density of 2.78-3.46 J/cm3 can be released in a low electric field (less than 250 kV/cm), high energy storage efficiency is 85% or above, and the ceramic system shows good temperature/frequency/fatigue stability. More importantly, the system also has relatively good charge and discharge performance, and shows high discharge density of 1.15 J/cm3 and ultra-short discharge time of 72 ns.
