Zusammenfassung:An embodiment of the invention relates to a motor and a robot. The motor comprises: a rotating shaft including a front end configured to output a rotational motion and a rear end opposite to the front end; a rotor fixed on the rotating shaft in a position between the front end and the rear end; a stator fixed on the shell of the motor around the rotor; a front bearing sleeving the rotating shaft in a position close to the front end; a rear bearing sleeving the rotating shaft in a position close to the rear end; and an elastic front check ring which sleeves the rotating shaft and abuts against an outer ring of the front bearing on the side, close to the front end, of the front bearing; wherein the rotating shaft further comprises a front shoulder which abuts against an inner ring of the front bearing on the side, away from the front end, of the front bearing.
