The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring parameters and real-time data of each new energy station and each conventional unit; according to the parameters and the real-time data of each new energy station and each conventional unit, calculating an active instruction of each new energy station and an active instruction of each conventional unit through a multi-source active control overall optimization model; and issuing an active control instruction to the whole network based on the obtained active instruction of each new energy station and the active instruction of each conventional unit.
