Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a block chain-based electronic evidence storage and verification method and device. The method comprises the steps: receiving a to-be-verified electronic evidence and Merkel tree data where the to-be-verified electronic evidence is located, querying whether a root hash value corresponding to the to-be-verified electronic evidence is stored in a block chain evidence storage platform, and when the root hash value is stored, verifying the to-be-verified electronic evidence. The method comprises the steps of calculating a hash value according to an electronic evidence to be verified, comparing the calculated hash value with the hash value of the electronic evidence to be verified, and feeding back information that the electronic evidence to be verified is not tampered when the calculated hash value is consistent with the hash value of the electronic evidence to be verified.
