Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an air outlet assembly and a cold and warm fan in the field of household appliances. The air outlet assembly comprises an air duct and a heating assembly, wherein the air duct is provided with an air outlet; the heating assembly is arranged on the air duct; and under the action of external force, the heating assembly does circular motion around the air duct, so that the heating assembly has a first position covering the air outlet and a second position staggered from the air outlet. Through the arrangement, when warm air is switched, the heating assembly can do arc-shaped motion under the action of external force to cover the air outlet; when cold air is switched, the heating assembly can be moved to the other position, staggered from the air outlet, of the air duct through circular motion to be stored; and therefore, only the air outlet is formed in the air outlet assembly, so that a space for storing the heating assembly does not need to be additionally added in the vertical air dire
