Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a 1, 4-dihydropyridine-3, 5-dicarboxamide compound, the preparation method comprises the following steps: taking 3-nitrobenzaldehyde, acetoacetanilide (namely N-acetyl acetanilide) and ammonium acetate as raw materials and N-butyl pyridine bromide ionic liquid as a catalyst, reacting under a solvent heating condition to obtain a target product. Compared with the prior art, the adopted catalyst is easy to prepare and small in pollution, the preparation process is easy to operate, the reaction post-treatment is simple and environment-friendly, and the highest product yield can reach 85.0%.
本发明涉及一种1,4-二氢吡啶-3,5-二甲酰胺类化合物的制备方法,以3-硝基苯甲醛、乙酰乙酰苯胺(即N-乙酰基乙酰苯胺)和乙酸铵为原料,以N-丁基吡啶溴离子液体为催化剂,在溶剂加热条件下反应,即得到目的产物。与现有技术相比,本发明中采用的催化剂容易制备,污染小,制备过程操作简单,反应后处理简单,环保,产物的收率最高可达85.0%。 |
