Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a high-flux silicon carbide ceramic filter membrane and a preparation method thereof, which adopt a process of directly coating a separating layer on the basis of a carrier for one time, that is, after the carrier is sintered, directly coating the separating layer; and after sintering, removing carbon. By optimizing the sintering process and optimizing the formula of the film-making liquid, fine silicon carbide particles are prevented from entering micropores of the carrier in the capillary filtration and film forming process during coating, and the silicon carbide carrier with the average pore size of more than 10 microns can be directly coated with a separation layer with the average pore size of less than 0.2 microns, so that silicon carbide fine particles are effectively prevented from entering micropores of the carrier during coating.
