Zusammenfassung: | A method and a device for estimating the height of a 3D printed object formed during a 3D printing process are disclosed. The method comprises the following steps: extracting more than one temperature related data of a 3D printing object formed in a 3D printing process, and establishing an artificial neural network model for estimating the height of the 3D printing object by utilizing the extracted temperature related data; and estimating the height of the 3D printed object by inputting the newly measured thermal image and the one or more temperature related data values into the artificial neural network model. And the height of a 3D printing object can be measured in real time.
